What kind of items do you guys sell?
We sell hundreds of funny and cool designs for car enthusiasts. We feature automotive apparel such as racing t-shirts, car shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, racing hoodies, baseball caps, beanies and much more. We also have garage flags and car decals. What material are the products I’m buying?
We only choose the highest-quality, 100% Pre-Shrunk cotton shirts for customers. Our hooded pullovers are reliable Champion-brand pullovers.
The design itself is produced with only the highest-quality material. Unlike screen-printed shirts, our designs will never fade, peel, crack, or dry-out, no matter how many wash/dry cycles you put it through. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
Can you create a custom design for me, my racing team or car forum?

Do you guys have bulk ordering for car forums or racing teams?

How do I pay the additional charges for sizing or clothing type fees?
If you order a 2XL size or larger, long-sleeve t-shirt or hoodie you can pay the additional charges in one of the following ways:
Where is my package/tracking number?
We ship out your packages soon after the purchase date (usually 1-2 business days) via USPS. To keep our shipping cost down for our customers we use USPS First Class which does not include a shipping number. First Class transit times vary, but most of our customers receive their packages within 2-6 business days within the U.S. and 14-20 business days for international packages. If you need your package by a certain date and require a tracking service we also offer USPS Priority at an additional cost.
Do you combine shipping for multiple items?
To save our customers the most amount of money that we can, we do combine shipping based on the exact amount that it cost us to ship via USPS without charge any kind of handling fees. In some cases, the total cost of shipping for multiple items will usually be a little less shipping cost than what we charge per item. The total amount is based on total weight, so if you let us know exactly what items you're interested in (size, shirt type, hat, etc.) we would be able to give you a better estimate on the price of combined.
Is there a discount if I purchase multiple items?
If your order qualifies for our shipping discount, we will make sure to include the discount on your order. To find out if your order qualified for our shipping discount email us exactly what you need (size, type etc.). We are also constantly running promotions and sales, so feel free to email us at service@madcowsdesign.com or send us a message through eBay for the latest news.
I’m in Austin, can I come pick up my item in person?
For the time being we do not have a store front for our customers to physically visit. Most of our business goes through our website and we work from an office in Austin. Hopefully we will be able to open a store front in the future, but in the meantime we do have to ship all of our packages. Packages that are shipped in and around Austin, however, usually only take 1-2 business days.
